In cold weather concrete construction, if the curing temperature is low, the hydration reaction of the cement may be delayed, leading to a risk of reduced strength. Therefore, JASS5 specifies a cold weather period, but it only provides guidelines for major cities and may not accurately apply the actual necessary duration for each construction site. This invention is a program that estimates the applicable period in a grid pattern of 1 km² and displays it color-coded on a map application, effectively improving the efficiency of the determination work for the applicable period and rationalizing construction planning (cost reduction).
